Maybe I don’t know what the problem is? What am I supposed to do if this forum is the only avenue?
i’m not asking you to solve the problem. Or to know cause of the problem.
If you car would not start when you turn the key then that is what you tell your mechanic. Your mechanic will figure out what the cause is.
I’ll ask in another way. What are you trying to do that does not work?

It wasn’t draft. you posted it then deleted it, and I saw it before you deleted it.
It’s pretty clear you don’t actually want help because you refuse to describe the problem you are having. and are going out of your way to not do so. So I am closing this topic.
If you actually do want help, please make a new topic and describe what the problem is in as much detail as you can.
It could be many things such as;
- “I open the app on my computer web browser but I can’t see the photo contents of my server. they do not come up”,
- “I added new photos but they do not come up when I scan for new files” or
- “When I try to access my Plex Media Server when I am not home the using the Plex iPhone app it does not show my photos”
or many other possible scenarios. be as detailed as you can.
