Updated to v.1.40.1.8227-c0dd5a73e on Synology 6.0 the opening screen via WEB Browser - Accounts has lost their photos. When accessing from TV (Tivo) PLEX the photos appear okay.
Tried to update account photos via Web Browser, got a popup RED alert “HEIC format not supported”. My pictures are JPGs. Added photo and updated - but did not take.
Prior version was okay.

Editor is on the windows server using Plex for Windows app version 1.89.1.107-20abacd1
After recent update to plex server for windows 1.40.1.8227 all the Managed User photos were removed.
Also, when I click on the Edit (profile photo) for a Managed user, a warning appears in the upper right saying ‘HEIC format not supported’.
The original profile photos were jpg so this does not make sense. I have tried adding a new photo and Save Changes, but it will not save any profile photo in any format
Please fix

Thanks for reports. I merged them into one topic. We are looking into it. from what I can tell right now the photos are not gone but for some reason not displaying in some places. It shows on my profile age but not account page for example.
Checked PLEX App on Windows 10 - same issue no Account Images (photos)
Used Firefox, Chrome, MS Edge - all the same results - no account images on open screen.
iPhone App does the same, too. Menu, Home Button - account images missing, but if I touch the image circle, next screen shows image (photo) okay.
Same issue here. Profile pictures not displayed on any available device (iOS, web even on Mac).
When I want to delete a profile picture, or when I want to upload a new one, the HEIC message is displayed.
They team did a fix to backend, You may need to refresh browser pages or restart apps/browser to force it to reload your existing avatars. for me when i moused over them in web they reappeared.
