I can only describe the overwhelming feeling I get when I try to fix it add to it update it. nothing works. Shutterfly is better
my photos don’t even come up on my phone. Ive already uninstalled and reinstalled. It used to work a few years ago.
Once again you have declined in offering Server version, client versions involved. Saying it doesn’t work without any details is like finding the Flu host in China, impossible.
In the server settings click on Authorized devices and the information will be available.
Well since I don’t have the intelligence of yourself, perhaps you could instruct me on how to find this required information.
plex doesn’t currently support HEIC images.
change your phone settings to use jpg.

Ok I’m gonna step I here. Folks really would like to help but you need to provide detailed info. Not till your third post did you mention the issue is related to photos.
Need to know exactly what the problem is and what you are trying to do. You said they are “not coming up” so we need to start by asking how is your photo library on your Plex Media Server set up and what is the folder structure and type of photos it is looking at.

- Is the issue related to photos?
- What folder is your Photo library on your Plex Media Server set up to look at?
- What type of photos are they.

From reading through this discussion again.
- My interpretation is it also involved photo’s not just photo’s.
- This may not be required as it worked previously. Or did it?
- Good Question, but if they worked previously should not matter.
The issue now seems mute as no constructive reply has been provided for what ever reason. Good efforts everyone.
You called every one here “passive aggressive” in a reply you deleted, but you won’t tell us what the actual problem is. No one here understands what “not coming up” means, as it could mean multiple things
If you wish help then you need to communicate detailed info about what the problem is.
