ATV, PlexConnect and AVR. Pass-through AC3?

Hi,

 

I have recently setup an ATV3 with Plexconnect. The ATV3 is connected to my AVR. I was wondering if there is anything special that I need to setup on the ATV3, Plexconnect or PMS to pass-through AC3 and DTS tracks to my AVR? I currently see PCM indicated on the AVR where normally I would see DD if AC3 is seen by the AVR.
