ATV3 - Plexconnect not showing shared servers

HI There

 

i am a newbie to this so I may have a few silly questions. Well I have successfully installed Plex media server and plexconnect on my synologu NAS. I can play all contents from my NAS on apple TV3 so far so good. The problem is that I cannot see / access shared servers on my apple TV3 via plexconnect. When using the web interface (plex.tv) I can access my own and all shared servers. When accessing the server interface on the web, it displays that the Diskstation server is logged in and mapped to port 32400.

 

On apple tv3 when accessing settings --> MyPlex login i cannot login. When entering the login name and password nothing happens besides of the displayed "waiting" symbol.

 

Any thoughts or ideas are highly appreciated...

You need to sign into myplex on the ATV and then you will see shared library’s at the top of the initial screen.


Provide logs etc for when you are trying to set they myplex given your getting issues at that point.

I have attached a file with my configuration and also a print of the PlexConnect log where I have removed my user credentials, but they were OK.
