It works for a long time....but since two days, i start Trailer App on AppleTV and PlexConnect open. (0.5-dev, i think there is no newer version?) but there will not find any Plex server....but the server is running and the iOs app will find it....login also doesn't work.
Using Plex Home?
Published Server?
Logs?

Plex Home works fine on the same Mac mini an websites also work.
Only one published server internal
Hmmm, Plexconnect says:
19:51:04 PlexAPI: GDM: No servers discovered
19:51:06 PlexAPI: No Response from Plex Media Server
19:51:06 PlexAPI: We failed to reach a server. Reason: Unauthorized
19:51:06 PlexAPI: Servers (local, plex.tv, MyPlex): 1
I think the problem is the changed passwort from my plex account...but where i have this change on PlexConnect??
With
enable_plexgdm = False
Inside Settings.cfg, Trailers on AppleTV show my category....but no picture and the video also doesn't work...;(
> password
PlexConnect->Settings->MyPlex
> ip_pms = 127.0.0.1
loop-back address - doesn't fly here, as this IP is send over to aTV for subsequent media requests.
> password
PlexConnect->Settings->MyPlex
Where can i find this....Settings.cfg?!? There is no password field....
PlexConnect = hijacked app on aTV for example one of these common hijacked apps (trailers, imovie, wsj)
Settings = Settings tab of PlexConnect (hijacked app) on aTV (just hit the right arrow on your apple remote to the furthest tab on the right)
MyPlex is right there where it says sign into myplex in the settings tab on your aTV. Look at this video at 12 seconds:

Ok, this is entered...also the user, but the same....no Plex server found! take a look

this are in my PlexConnect window, but account is entered an user selected in the trailer app on AppleTV (PlexConnect!)
Look in my signature and install teamviewer by clicking the remote assistance icon if you would like me to take a look.
I'm having the same problem with the aTV not showing my library. I have the same setup as OP.
Plex Home = yes
published = no
let me know if you want logs or you figure out what's going with the OP's config.
Use this template to provide a full issue report (preferably in a new topic without hijacking his) ;)
same problem here...
solved by resolving problem with 'Remote Access' on PMS

Well, yeah.
Plex Inc servers do the password authentication stuff for the PMS servers they know of... If your PMS is not published, it can't get any authentication token. PlexHome on the other hand needs authentication to work properly. So I guess you either have to get rid of PlexHome or publish the server.
Does that make sense?

Yeah that makes sense. Thanks for the reply. I'll let you know if any of them works.

Well, my plexconnect seems to work now. I wasn't able to disable plex home completely. But I managed to take off my pin code for me, the only user. That seemed to do the trick. Thanks for the help.
