Audio 6.1 & 7.1 issues

The majority of my library is HEVC and runs with no problems most of the time. However, I’ve had a few movies recently that will not play. I just get an error that says “there was a problem playing this item”. This just started happening in the past 2 weeks. Has anyone else had this issue? It does the same thing on plex web and the XBO app.

UPDATE: It only appears to affect files that have 6.1 or 7.1 audio. If I switch the audio to stereo then the file will play. Anyone else notice this?

This is a know issue with plex, basically anything with more than 6 audio channels wont play. I’m getting pretty annoyed that this issue has been going on for over a month without a fix. Come on plex!

PMS version 1.0.1 was just released to address this issue.
