Audio and subtitle settings: original audio with subtitles

Hi someone can help me with setting? I want to set everything for original language and than apply subtitles if it required, tx in advance

Select Metadata Language // mod: set metadata language for title, genre and description individually

Plex doesn’t currently have a concept for which track contains the original language audio.

There’s a feature suggestion asking for Plex to add such an option.
