Any plans on adding "original language" as an option for language selection?

Am I just missing it or is there no option?

By the way, what are the defaults?

Plex currently has no concept of what’s the original language.
You can set language preferences on your account and configure Plex to automatically select the corresponding audio/subtitle tracks.

There’s a feature suggestion asking for an option to set the “original language” as language preference.
