Audio and subtitle settings: original audio with subtitles

Plex doesn’t currently have a concept for which track contains the original language audio.

There’s a feature suggestion asking for Plex to add such an option.

Audio Language Setting: Prefer Original Language

There’s a separate feature request that touches on this, but I think my request is different in that it is something far simpler. Right now, you can set the preference for audio language to numerous static options, but there is nothing that would default to the original audio language. Both IMDb (TV and movies) and TMDB have this info. TVDB does not for now.
