Audio and video get out of sync

I apologize for not knowing server version since I’m only using the Plex app on my Samsung smart TV.
I have two problems:
1- If I pause a program (Kung-Fu), the audio and video go out of sync. Audio is heard a few seconds later than lips moving.
2- I can’t figure out how to turn on CC by default for all streaming. I can do it while streaming each episode but it turns off for the next episode.
Please advise.
