The issue: whenever I fast forward or use the “skip intro” option, the audio goes out of sync with the video and the video sometimes stutters. This happens with a lot of many video formats, the latest I’ve encountered it with was an h265 .mkv video.
I’ve been having this issue for a long time now, but recently tried looking to see if others were as well. I see several similar forums but they have all been closed with no official response on whether or not this is going to be fixed. As a recent customer of plex pass, I want to understand when this issue will be looked into/fixed as it’s been popping up for a long time now (since 2022 for me personally).
