I really need your help. Few weeks ago I had a new laptop (a big one with i7 cpu, ssd drive, dedicated gpu).
I never had any issues with plex on my iPad and on my previous laptop. But now with the new one when I watch videos, every time I get the audio and the video unsynced after a few minutes (10 min in general).
It’s not an issue with the files because It happens on every video when I use my new laptop. I have tried with the web browser, with the windows app => videos desynchronise
If I use vlc or anything else I don’t have any issue.
I have tried in WiFi and with a cable, no change it’s not working.
I have tried with direct streamed video and with transcoded video. Not working in the 2 cases.
I have the last version of plex server.
Do you have any ideas about what is happening? Why only with one computer? Maybe some settings to try?
