Audio delay when playing Plex Media Player on a Mac/HomePod

Hello everyone!

I have plex server installed in a QNAP NAS and the Media Player installed in a 2018 iMac working with the latest version of Mojave.
I just bought an HomePod (updated) but when I used for the audio with Plex there is a terrible delay and video and audio are never synced. If I turn the HomePod off everything works fine again!

Please help me!
