Audio Issues - Stops playing main audio, but plays background music

I’m having an issue with one specific TV Show, Handmaids Tale… playing on latest Plex app on iPadOS (iPadOS up to date), and PMS Version 1.23.4.4775. Regularly the audio stops playing the voices, but continues to play the background music.

Episoides don’t offer multiple audio tracks, so it’s not dropping one track for another, and force quitting the app gets it working again.

Any ideas what the cause could be? Can’t see any comments on the files of this being a file issue, and the file itself plays fine outside Plex

Have noticed same issue after each break. Very strange. Funnily enough, if you skip to the next episode and then skip back (press skip twice) the sound is ok.
Doesn’t look like a file issue.

Change to “convert automatically “ in playback settings when it arises
