Audio out of sync worsens as movie plays

Hey there…can someone please help? Watching movies on PLEX, the audio starts out in sync with the video, but gradually falls out of sync and worsens the longer the movie plays. By the end of a 2 hour movie the audio is way out of sync. Very visible and very annoying.

Movie files were made with MakeMKV and are fine as they play fine on a PC. My server is an extremely overpowered QNAP NAS with i7 processor…I don’t think that’s the problem. I read about someone changing the buffering settings but I cannot find that on my settings menus. Can anyone please help with this? Thanks!

i’ve noticed this a few times when I use the web client, but I do not see it using the native apps. Try a native app if you haven’t already and see if it’s any different.

Sorry, by native app you mean what? Like VLC player? NO sync issues using VLC player on a PC.
