aac 5.1 is not supported, and devices are connected using hdmi
When hdmi passthrough is enabled plex transcodes dts audio and does not transcode aac 5.1, both gets played in stereo and eac3 passthrough works correctly.
When optical passthrough is enabled then dts passthrough works correctly and aac 5.1 gets transcoded correctly but eac3 gets incorrectly transcoded.
A possible easy solution would be allowing eac3 passthrough when optical passthrough is being used
