Audio streaming issue to network streamer

Good day.
I’ve got an issue about straming audio.
If i choose to stream songs from my phone to HiFi streamer, they start but crash After 10s and restart them shelf (First second in loop).
My library Is on a qnap Nas and other players work well.
What can i do please?

Would you mind sharing some more details please, e.g. what type of phone (Android, iOS, something else…), what Plex app/Version on that phone and how are you streaming to your HiFi equipment (Chromecast, Airplay, something else…)?

I’ve a pc with windows 11 and a Google Pixel 8 with Android 15.
If a play music from pc, from phone or tv with their audio speakers (no with streaming) using plex everything works well.
If i stream from the pc (i don’t know what king of cast is) or from the phone (with google cast) it doesn’t work.
The plex version on my Qnap is 1.30.0, on my phone is 10.22.1.1607.

That’s a fairly dated version of the Plex Media Server. While it’s probably not related to your streaming issues, it’s worth to keep it updated (there might be some dependencies). The version on your QNAP was released on November 2022… that’s ancient for software.

Do you experiencing the same issue when streaming via Plexamp?

It’s the same using plexamp.
I know the media server firmware Is old but i think is the last for my Nas; Is qnap ts233.

Good morning, i’ve got an update for my issue.
I think that is not the the right version for my cpu Nas but i’ve been able to install the 1.41.2 version.
Unfortunately the situation is the same but i’ve noticed one thing.
If i use Emby when i have to choose the streamer i can choose 2 ways: coonection by cast or by dnla. If i choose dlna it works but if i choose cast it doesn’t work like Plex.
I’ve notice that plex has got only the cast connection.
could this be the problem?

Excuse me for reply now, the thread Is closed.
I see in the log story that the issue is about the trasconding.
I don’t wanna that the FLAC audio Is trascoded because my streamer Is able to play all the file.
I’ve try to able and enable direct streaming and forcing Direct streaming but nothing works.
