Would it be possible to add a setting for audio sync? Both negative and positive.
Maybe this is not a problem most people have, but it would be nice. I do have this problem with my TV set up (eARC with a 5.2 sound system), the audio is always like a half second behind and have not been able to solve it. Some apps like Netflix work OK, but it is always present when I use Plex.
Lately I’ve been using Jellyfin since it has the option to use external players, and MX Player does have an audio sync feature, but I would much prefer to use Plex, and the only thing missing for me is the audio sync option.
There’s already an existing suggestion discussing an option to set/modify an audio offset. Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
