Audio synch issue

I have an audio issue when watching local news on my local ABC station. When the reporters are talking you can notice that the audio is slightly ahead of the video. Oddly enough, on other parts of the newscast like on scene reporting, and all other programming on this ABC station does not have the audio synch issue. What makes it even stranger is that if I watch the newscast through the HDHR app there is no audio synch issue. It seems to be some sort of problem within Plex. Not sure why it is only impacting 1 show on 1 channel.
