Audio/Video periodically out of sync-Video periodically momentarily jerky

Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081
Player Version#: 1.35.1.2632

I really am not sure where the problem is (server/player), but it has occurred on an iMac server, and now on a Synology server I’ve recently switched to. . The audio and video periodically get out of sync, and the video periodically gets jerky for ½-1 second. These don’t necessarily happen together.

I’ve brought the .ts file to my Mac and played it locally with VLC and the audio/video are rock solid.

This happens on both an M-1 iMac and a MacBook Pro. It happens over wi-fi as well as ethernet. It happened playing on the iMac, which was also the server,

It appears as if it should be the player, but there’s no way to be sure.

Suggestions? Thanks.

For further info, the playback is direct play of 1080 TV video. Anyone?

Hi… I have a similar problem.

I experienced an episode of out-of-sync but was fixed by restarting the movie. In that case the video was direct, but the audio was converted.
Speaking about jerky video… it happens to me with some movies I ripped lossless from my original BD copy. The movie starts fine, but during reproduction the video starts to be jerky. And this is apparently associated to the audio tracks which mess… italian becomes deutsch, deutsch becomes french and so on. I’m trying some tweaking, but with no result so far.
