Not sure how to troubleshoot this. I have been using PLEX to stream audiobook to my IOS phone for years. I use Audiobook Binder from the Mac App Store to convert them to a smaller size in mono mode. I have tested on my main phone (8 Plus) and my company phone (11). Both are experiencing the same issue.
Issue: I cannot stream newly created audiobooks either locally or remotely to IOS devices. I can stream ones I made 6 weeks + ago. Web player works fine. All players would be using direct play. Tautulli doesn’t even show that the client is trying to play the files that are not working when I select them. I can pick an older audiobook and it shows up as trying and eventually being played. Web player works fine on Safari. I can play videos without issue on my IOS device.
I spend a lot of time by myself so I enjoy audiobooks. I am open to a different program to encode them. But this has always worked and I don’t have the first idea on how I would troubleshoot this.(File removed)
