Authorized Devices

I had a Roku device in house that was connected to my Plex, that device has since left (but did not remove Plex from that Roku). I do not have access to logout of Plex on that Roku.

I have removed that device from my Authorized Devices list, but that client is still able to connect remotely. I have restarted my server.

Any insight as to what else to do, short of disabling my remote access?

I don’t have a Roku myself to test with, but I seem to remember that there is a general “Roku” account, where you sign your Roku device(s) into.
You need to access this account and remove the old device from it.

That Roku was not under my Roku account, hence why I cannot remove it.

Do you have any log files to disambiguate the device in question from your other Roku devices?
IP addresses, MAC adresses, minor hardware revision numbers etc.

yes, I can see the IP’s that is coming from and the Roku Device.

Please send them to me by PM. I’ll relay that to the developers, to see what can be done about it.
