Hi,

Even though I delete a device it is still able to access the server but the device is no longer on the list of authorized devices.

Any idea how to remove access from a device?

Is this device in the local network?
Is the device a Roku?
Into which plex account has the device been added? Your own, or one of your managed users, or a shared user?

The device is not local and it’s an android device and it’s a managed account.
