Auto framerate correction?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if it would be possible to make OpenPHT automatically change the framerate according to the file being play. The problem is that I have some files in 24fps and some in 25fps. This means that when playing 24fps files I have to select 1080p @24htz, but when I play 25fps I have to manually change to 1080i @50htz. If I don’t I get stuttering issues. So it would be really nice if OpenPHT was intelligent enough to just change the framerate according to the file being shown. I have no idea if this is possible in any way, but just find it to be an annoying and unneccesary thing to do.

OpenPHT and PHT already do that.

I’m running OpenPHT on my QNAP ts-251+ on the HDStation via HDMI on my samsung tv. A version provided through this link https://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?f=320&t=124020
Maybe I should have mentioned this.
Anyway when I run a 25fps file, the htz will stay at 24 htz, so on the HDStation it doesn’t. I don’t know if this is the correct forum to ask this, but this is the advice I got.
Thank you

I’ve tried playing around with the settings and the auto refresh rate seems to do the trick, but enabling this caused a different problem. When enabled my ram will start climbing up and up until it hits 100%, then freezes the video for a second and drops down to about 15% and then starts to climb back up. This cycle happens every minute or so and happens on both 24fps and 25fps. Anyone else experiencing this?
