The refresh button has now been removed from all players. The auto-refresh function is unreliable and I have to force stop the application on Shield, Samsung, Windows (Plex Media Player) and AppleTV and relaunch it to get new media to show up or sometimes to update it to the next version. It appears it’s too hard for Plex to keep up when there over 150K items in the library.
