Auto Select Preffered Audio - 5.1,7.1, Language etc

Would there be a way to implement a way for Plex to try and automatically choose the most preferred audio source for movies? Many of us don’t have 7.1 systems, so unless I manually change the audio each time to 5.1, etc., then it will transcode. I’m sure I’m not the only one who sometimes forgets to do this.
Or if there are multiple audio languages, then Plex could try to pick the most preferred one.

This could either be implemented in apps or the server.

There’s already an existing suggestion discussing an option to improve the audio selection based on the audio format. Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Keep in mind this set to fail if there’s multiple audio tracks with the main audio in let’s say stereo/mono and a commentary track that’s matching your preferred format.
