Auto-tagging not working. Have waited months

I have not been able to get auto-tags to generate on my photos. I’ve tried recreating my albums, creating new albums, and even creating a new server. When I analyze the library, I can see throttling in the logs, but I have been monitoring this for months and not one single photo has been auto-tagged. This is a feature that I REALLY wanted when I purchased the Plex Pass so this is incredibly frustrating.

Popping back to say that I still don’t have a single photo auto-tagged, yet the throttle number keeps increasing. I’ve had zero responses for my support requests, looks like others are in the same boat. I only have 6,000 photos, so please explain this to me.
