My picture library’s haven’t been auto-tagged since I uploaded them months ago.
Uploaded a new album on a new server just now with the same result.
This is an important feature for me and would appreciate if you could communicate if this service is going away or if you are working on a fix.

Sounds like you reach the limit of photos we can process in a month (https://support.plex.tv/articles/234976627-auto-tagging-of-photos/)
We support processing up to 10,000 photos per (rolling) month for your Plex account. If you attempt to process more than 10,000 photos, processing of the remainder will be paused until a month has passed. For example: A new Plex Pass user creates a 8,000 photo library with tagging enabled on July 12. Those photos all get processed. On July 29, the user adds another 7,000 photos. After processing 2,000 of the new batch, the 10,000 photo limit is reached and processing is paused. The remaining 5,000 photos will be processed starting August 12 (a rolling month after the initial batch kicked off processing).
However in the initial post you said:

Are you sure none were tagged since then? or just some?
Also setting a new server with the full library would probably make it worst as the limit is per user. You would simply be adding more to process when you reach next month.
For that reason I suggest you delete that other library so it doesn’t count on next processing.
But please do confirm this is what’s happening, if this library was never ever auto-tagged than the problem might be different (or perhaps you just have another server/library with more photos and so this will never process?)
Either way that log line suggest that this is the issue.
I have now seen some photos autotagged, however, its not near to 10.000 and still the same message “the service is currently throttled”. Is there a way to filter by autotag? Or at least ‘is autotagged’?
