Auto Tagging not working

Hello everyone

Since I’ve been using Plex with a Plex Pass on my Synology NAS (for 3 weeks) auto tagging has never worked. In the log there is a message for each photo that my account is throttled (see log entries below). Not a single photo was tagged, so the limit of my account should not be reached. Is there a solution?

All this is waiting for Engineering to complete the transition to the new metadata provider.
