In the general settings I check the box for automatic login. However when I close the app the general setting for automatic login reverts to unchecked. I am using Windows 10 and Chrome is my default browser. This is frustrating. Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Which version of Chrome?
Any cookie/ad/etc blockers/filters? If so, try disabling them or whitelisting *.plex.tv and the ip address of your Plex server.
You pointed me in the right direction. I downloaded the Windows App Windows (64-bit ).
