Hello. I am running Plex on Windows10. Love it. However, whenever I scan the TV library and it finds a new episode of just one series out of several, it automatically gegins to optimize that new episode for both mobile and TV. The server does not do this for any other TV shows or movies in that library. Why, and how do I turn this off?

if it is only doing one show then at some point someone clicked on the options menu for that show ( rather than a single episode) and clicked optimize.
To stop optimizing delete the optimization job. open server settings and at the bottom os the left side bar you can view Optimized Versions. Hover on the show there and click on the X on the right of it’s row to do the one job or the red Delete All Versions button to remove all jobs (this actions will delete the optimized files as well)
