Automatic refresh-rate change on fire tv stick 4k no longer working

Hi everyone,

on my fire tv stick 4k the same update that introduced the issue in Game Controller Not Detected also had another effect. I get an unspecific error message when trying to play back files unless I disable automatic refresh rate changes. Reinstallation etc didn’t change anything

edit: I was on my commute when posting so I didn’t add versions.
Server is currently 1.18.7 running on my qnap NAS (I just installled 1.18.7.2438-f342a5a43 remotely - when posting this it was the 1.18.7 from a couple of days ago (1.18.7.2415?)
Player follows when I’m home

not working for me either. i’ve played around with the settings in the fire tv stick options as well to no avail. it just won’t switch. it sucks because i just started using one to replace a shield that one switched just fine.

Yeah so did the fire stick 4k until recently…
