I have noticed that my library has stopped scanning for new media, I’ve checked the options are selected:
No scans are happening unless I trigger them manually. If I leave it long enough then the new media is detected after a few hours but Plex behaves as though these options have not been selected.
I have deselected and reselected them and it has made no difference. I’ve also double checked the new media is on a working drive and the contents are readable.
What has gone wrong?

Webclient Version: 4.8.4
I am also noticing the same problem since 1.18.0.1913. I am currently running 1.18.0.1944 on Windows 10 and the problem persists.
The library scanning on my PMS does not seem to respond to automatic and partial scans as files are added or changed, at least the way they have in the past.
When scanning does occur, it seems to hang on a particular library and get stuck. Sometimes I can manually cancel the scan and other times there is no response.
I have also added files to a library, and they were never recognized until I rebooted my server. The scanning worked correctly immediately after reboot and then seemed to get stuck again over time.
As I type this, one of my libraries has been scanning for over 35 minutes and no major changes have been made to it.
