Automatic Subtitle customizing not applied

Server Version#: 1.28.2.6151 but all versions before too…
Player Version#: 9.9.0 but also in atleast 15 versions before

I am running plex media server on a win10 x64 64 gb mem Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 v2 @ 3.00GHz over my 1gb lan, working flawless.
i use an android media player Himedia Q10 pro and have the plex app installed there. Also working flawless.

I did customized subtitle settings. In the server, under plex web i did set subtitle color is yellow Position bottom size is Large
I made the same customization settings in the android mediaplayer plex app. and even checked to box to always use these settings.
But every time i play a video… even i play 2 or 3 videos in a row… i keep have to make those settings manual and it does not remember them.
No matter the container of the video… mpg or mkv or the subs, usual srt.
I know it isn’t as important as crashing issues , but it would be nice if it would remember these settings.

Instead of customizing the look of the subtitles during playback,
go into the preferences of each client and change them there.

In the case of the web app, keep in mind to tell your web browser to not throw away the cookies of plex.tv when it is closed.
Otherwise you will lose all preferences of the web app.

Keep also in mind that the look of picture-based subtitles (VOBSUB, PGS) cannot be customized at all.

thanks for your fast answer. but if you would read what i wrote you would see that ive done that already,
