I frequently use the “My Daily Discovery” playlist within the Tidal app to keep abreast of new albums from artists in my library, since I’ve found it to be the most reliable way to do this. While doing this (or listening to Tidal outside of Plex for any other reason), I usually add things to “My Tidal” to find them later to add to my Plex library. It would be swell if Plex automatically did this for me, perhaps as a scheduled task on the server.
A two-way sync where Tidal tracks/albums/artists in my Plex library were automatically added to “My Tidal” would be even better, since that feeds into what makes up the playlist I use in Tidal, but adding to “My Tidal” from Plex is much simpler to do manually than adding to Plex from Tidal, so there’s definitely value even in a one-way sync.
