Will the issue be fixed or am I doing something wrong?? Since I dont understand it. The instructions i read before many times which partly made scene but as you see in the picture I set it all. I also downloaded subtitle online and tried to upload it and it said error as well.

Try changing forced subtitle searches to prefer non-forced subtitles.

I tried that and as the picture shows it is still by default on none. Am I doing something else wrong? [plex1]

It’s possible there simply are no subs for the movie/show, but if it’s not named right you won’t find any subs. What’s the item we’re talking about? Easy enough to go to opensubtitles and see what’s there.

Do you mean it wont go “automatic” if it comes from that site to choose the top choice form the list? Any suggestion? Since I emailed plex and they do not reply and so I came on the forum to ask and still I cant get it to work automatically. What would you suggest? Thanks
