Hello,
i have a problem with selection a subtitle in Plex. I want to always enable a subtitle (the first one in the list).
In menu > settings > language > I set “always on” and the language of the subtitle.
It work when once the movies are scanned. When I play a movie and select another subtitle or work with an external srt subtitle Plex disable the selection.
It not come back. Actualize metadata or analyse not work. It says subtitle disabled. When I rename the file and rescan the library the selection is back.
How can I get the selection back without rename or rescan? Hope can get help here. Many thanks
