Autoplay not working from playing a video in playlist

I have videos in a playlist on my media server.

When I play any video from the playlist it no longer autoplays the next video. In fact, the subsequent videos in the list are no longer in tb
He play queue if you press Down on the firetv remote to the play queue.

My only workaround is to play from the play button, then the videos queue, but it starts back at the first video.

This is extremely annoying. It also only happens on my FireTV app, as the android app on my phone and my PC work fine.

I am having a very similar issue with Plex on my firestick. I have a show that I have a playlist of. I will start the series by using shuffle. Plex will play one episode and then stop. I can select play next and it will, but it no longer autoplays. Happens with any show/movie, length does not matter.
