I currently have Plex set up on my Roku. I also have a Lifetime Plex Pass. When I did a search in OpenSubtitles for the movie Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner (1967) several files came up. I chose the first one, which had a star beside it. The subtitles did not match with the video, even though I had a checkmark in Auto-sync subtitles. I tried other files in the list, and none of them were synced with the video.
My understanding was that with a Plex Pass, auto-sync would work with subtitles. What am I missing?
