Subtitles not synced with video

I am watching the movie Hard Boiled (1992), a John Woo film. I am using the Plex app on my Roku Ultra. When I go to subtitles and choose More… to look up the subtitles in OpenSubtitles, the subtitles are not synced with the video. I have tried all the subtitles listed, and none of them are synced with the video. I also have a lifetime Plex Pass.

How can I get the subtitles to sync with the video?

By the way, I looked at Playback Settings while Hard Boiled was playing and Autosync subtitles was checked. So what am I doing wrong?
