AV1 Decoding not working with HW Acceleration on Intel N100

AV1 HW Decoding works perfectly on Linux but once on windows, AV1 HW decoding doesn’t show up the dash screen and CPU usage hits 100% on a single transcode. I tried Windows 10/11 and latest intel driver 101.6734.

Any suggestions?
