I can’t seem to get this working, I click add DVR, and it’s not finding it, I’m sure this is on the list of supported devices?

“AVerTV Volar HD PRO” is not the same device as an AVerTV Volar Hybrid Q.
I see no listing of yours in the Supported DVR Devices and Antennas, only the AVerTV Volar Hybrid Q for the US with a footnote regarding AverMedia software possibly conflicting.
Looks like I got the wrong one. Rats. 
Don’t give up hope. Perhaps it will come some day.
I’m hoping it will be supported soon, I’m quite annoyed at myself for spending money on the wrong device.
