Hi.
I have a Plex Pass subscription and Plex Server version 1.7.2.3878
I have a USB AVerMedia AVerTV Volar Hybrid installed on my pc (Windows 10 Pro) working perfectly tunning my DVB-T channles in Brasil.
When I try to go to DVR setup in Plex, Plex don’t find my TV card. Plex say searching dvr in your Network, but my tunner is attached on my USB, not network.
According to this page, https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/225877427-Supported-DVR-Devices-and-Antennas , my TV card is compatible with Plex.
Could someone please help me,
I purchased the Plex Pass only to be able to use my AVerMedia AVerTV Volar Hybrid that according to this page , https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/225877427-Supported-DVR-Devices-and-Antennas , it is compatible with the Plex server that is installed in my PC. and I need a answer about this.
Thanks
I HAVE the same problem
Question, is your Volar this one?

On supported devices they mention Volar Hybrid Q. This one:
(I know it might sound silly to point this, but I guess worthy doing so)
Also Brazil doesn’t use DVB-T, they use ISDB-T, which Plex does not support yet.
