AverMedia TD310 working as expected but there is an issue with Plex

Server Version#: 1.20.3.3437(latest as of 16.10.2020)
Tuner Make/Model: AverMedia TD310

The problem I have is that Plex is recognizing AverMedia TD310 but the problem is that it have only config files for Cable providers(Blizoo, Net1, CableTel) and they are only for Sofia(the Capital of Bulgaria) not the other cities. Also in the dropdown when choosing Country only ‘Cable’ option is available. ‘Antenna’ option is not available. Can you please guide If I can change some config file in order to add this option because I saw there are *.ini files for all the DVB-T/T2/C providers when scanning.
