Back button just advances to next movie on a Roku Premiere+ 4K HDR

Server Version#: 1.13.0.1275-bbd8d37b (Mac OS X 10.15.5 on an iMac Pro)
Player Version#: 6.6.2.6457-57b807617-

I’ve seen this reported over the last year or two, in several results, so apologies if there is an existing bug for this one. This started recently (a few months ago), and has just become very irritating.

The ‘back’ button on the Roku doesn’t work as expected any more. Instead of exiting the movie and going back to the database or playlist list, it just advances to whatever movie is next in the queue. It does this until it gets to the end of the pre-queued movies it the list (usually about 20 to 30 or so but I’ve never counted), before it will finally exits back to the playlist or library. I know the ‘back’ function still works because I have the roku hooked up to a Samsung TV with voice control, and I’m able to give the ‘back’ command and it goes back properly (it issues the command that the roku remote should), but using the Roku remote or the Samsung remote doesn’t work that way.

Also, you used to be able to scroll continuously through the pre-queued list, and when you hit the bottom of that 20 or 30 movies, it would then load the next 20 or 30. Now it forces you to either exit back to the library or playlist, or to un-randomize, and re-randomize the list to get a new list placed there. Scrolling all the way to the bottom now jumps to thumbnails for featured/related content, instead of loading the next part of the queue.

Lastly, is there any hope of having the alphabet added to playlists, so you don’t have to scroll through 50 pages of movies to get to something closer to the end of the alphabet? Basically an index just like the one available in the database (Movie) view on the right had side.

Thanks!
