Backup and restore Plex to new Synology NAS server

I recently purchased a new Synology (DS415+) and manually copied over only the data that I wanted to transfer from the old Synology (DS412+). Upon installing the Plex app on the new synology, I found all of my Plex folders and playlists are empty. I’m a Plex Pass user and logged into my Plex Pass thinking everything would self populate. No luck.

How do I backup the Plex preference data (not the media files) from the old Synology and restore it on the new Synology. All of the folders are in the same locations on the new Synology.

Thanks, I found the Plex folder on the old Synology but I don’t see it on the new Synology. Do I select the location from within the Plex Media Server? How does Plex know where to look for the folder?
