BAD PEERING with dedicated server (Hetzner)

I have a dedicated server with Hetzner with plexserver + rclone + gdrive and unfortunately I have terrible peering and I have read on different posts that by setting up NGINX and CLOUDFLARE will fix the problem. Can I set up Nginx and Plexserver on the same box? If so, can someone point me to the right direction. Thanks.
