Bandwidth graph in Plex Dash now broken

Oh boy… I knew i shouldn’t have touched it…

Upgraded to version 1.25.6.5577 and now the bandwidth graph in Plex Dash wont display, its just blank. The memory and CPU work just fine still. Also geting the below errors in my logs when that screen is open in the plex dash app:

“Query: invalid field used: includefields. Ignoring”

Bargraphs in the web browser seem to be working as normal though. I do notice in my logs now, it appears i have several lines of text that are just writing on top of each other. Never noticed that before.

Last issue im seeing, when turning on remote access, it appears green and connected for about 10 seconds before turning red and telling me i dont have remote capabilities. I do infact have remite capabilities. My ports are forwarded manually, and its all working great.

Are the clocks on the server and client synchronized? That’s the most common cause of broken bandwidth charts in Plex Web.

Thanks for responding, that’s a thing?! lol. I’m not a huge computer guy so I apologize for being so naïve, are you referring to the system time on both the client and server, or is there a more technical side?

Are you talking about the Plex Dashboard in the web app https://app.plex.tv
or are you talking about the mobile app for Android and iOS, named PlexDash?

I meant the system times - especially on the server. If you’re using a phone it’s uncommon for the clock to become wrong.

An easy way to see the time on the server is SettingsManageConsole. A log entry with the time will be displayed.

But OttoKerner’s question is a good one.

I was referring to the Android app “plex dash” i think i got most of my stuff squared away, it doesn’t appear it was a fault of the update. I ended up doing a totally clean install after uninstalling plex, and cleaning my registry and local files. Fingers crossed everything is working again.

Thanks for the reply.

I think i got it all squared away.

A few days ago i took the ssd out if my server and installed a m.2 drive for the OS, and a large RAID for all my files. Things just havent been quite right since then. So today i uninstalled plex, cleaned the registy and local files and installed from scratch.

It seems ok now. Even my remote connection icon in the dash seems to work right. Fingers crossed.
