Behaviour of latest version has changed when the window key is pressed

Up until this version I was able to press the Window key on my keyboard and use my arrow key to move the Plex window around the monitor. When I press the Window key now it brings up the start menu. This has only changed for Plex, all other apps work ok with the Window and arrow key.

The key combination for moving the focussed app window to another screen is
Win + Shift + ←/→
(With Win+Shift held down simultaneously, then tapping onto one of the cursor keys.)
